Initial Sound Ideas

For the music for our horror film we have decided that we would like to use orchestral music as this is the music we found to be most effective in horror films. “Drag Me to Hell” uses music which is similar to what we would like as is very spiritual music, as both this trailer and our trailer are supernatural horrors this is the “scariest” music to use.

We would also like to use sound effects particularly for the static picture image that we will be using in between scenes to show the trailer in some parts is handheld. For this we will be using static television sound effect. We would also like to add in other sound effects as we would like our trailer to have no diegetic sound for the acting to be more convincing.
